Being inspired by a wide varieties of ordinary scenes such as windows, colours of skies, patterns of plywood, shadows, images from newspapers and so on, I have been making artworks exploring ideas of connection /disconnection and boundaries by combining geometric and organic shapes, figurative and abstract images.

My main practices include paintings, collages, drawings and hosts of experiments in the sketchbooks. Of all these practices,  oil painting has been my central practice. The colour of first coat gives me some creative sensations and I respond to them spontaneously with brushes. After that I apply geometric grid. By adding and subtracting the elements, I try to find the balance and harmony.  Collages and experimental works gives me more freedom to expand my ideas. They look quite different from each other but they are interrelated to each other too. As such, my works keeps developing.
